Anti Doping Changes

Please note - "WADA List Committee has reintroduced pseudoephedrine (PSE) to the 2010 Prohibited List as a specified stimulant prohibited In-Competition at a urinary threshold of 150μg/mL."
As Pseudoephedrine is in some over the counter cold and flu medications - People need to be careful

Its up to YOU to check ANY medication you take with ASADA - phone  13 000 ASADA (13 000 27232) to check - and PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME that your doctor knows - CHECK WITH ASADA


 

Excellent Results World Masters Games in Sydney

Corral suffering from cramping after losing weight did  52 snatch, 59  clean and jerk
and was best lifter in the 50 to 55 age group and also got gold

Valerie Silver did 32 Snatch , 44 Clean and Jerk 6x6 and  4 PBs to win gold

Nathan Kahi 69Kg lifted 100 Snatch and 125 Clean and Jerk 6x6 and 3 pb's to get Gold and best Open lifter also he passed the 300 Sinclair Mark

Josh Wu 42Kg  did 40, 45 to win Gold - The 40 Snatch was a great lift.  He actually cleaned 50 but slightly pressed out the jerk
