Ben totalled 290 to qualify for the Commonwealth Championships and
then went for 175 to try and qualify for the world seniors

Troy won the 85 class beating Malek on his last clean and jerk in a great display
of performing under pressure.

This was his second Senior title in a row – with both being won under close competition.

Nathan got a 1kg PB in the Snatch and Clean and Jerk and Cleaned 127Kg for the win but missed the Jerk

For all of next week (March 2nd to the 6th) I will be on a work course till 5.00pm  so I will not be at the gym till 5.45.
From the 9th to the 20th I will be on Jury Service and therefore on some nights i will be late to training.

Training will be as normal during these times and Angie and Damo will be keeping an eye on things.
