Mitch was one of the first athletes that Ben coached when he worked at Iona, and has always been very dedicated in trying to improve his technique and learn new skills.
We have also tried a bit of Crossfit on him -- he has a 2.10 Grace and a Muscle Up to his name and we are trying to get the banana pull reverse curl clean from hang out of his system

Help with Lift to gym
One of the TID lifters who lives in Browns Plains needs a lift to the gym,
they will help with the petrol cost -- Can anyboy help ?

Competition
I would firstly like to thank all the people that came down and helped during the day
Damo and Zack -- were particular standouts and helped all day.

Now regarding the lifting  -
Lad’s 155  snatch was an awesome lift and Luke’s  technique was much improved.
Ben was burnt out from the last few weeks of PB’s  but still managed a 
very good 130 165 and had a good crack at the Qld record in the snatches.
Josh Wu also lifted very well and lots of the other lifters got good 6/6 attempts

Also it was good to see the TID lifters on the platform for the first time
